The hearing care professional will then make minor adjustments until the sound you hear is delivered at comfortable levels. You’ll also learn how to insert and remove your hearing aids, change the batteries or charge the batteries and perform routine maintenance. It’s a good idea to bring a friend or family member to the appointment so they can help you remember all the information covered.

If your hearing aids aren’t working properly, bring them to one of our offices. We have years of experience repairing hearing aids and may be able to solve your problem while you wait. Even if you didn’t buy your hearing aids from us, we can perform repairs. If your hearing aids must be returned to the manufacturer, we offer a free loaner hearing aid to wear. While these might not be the exact model, they will allow you to hear while you await the return of your devices.
