I came to Park Place Hearing several years ago, and cannot emphasize enough how much I was helped. Dennis and his team tested me, helped me adjust to my hearing aids and have followed me faithfully ever since my first encounter with them. I give them a big fat A+. Don't be shy, give them a try.

I have been coming to Park Place Hearing Center in Petaluma ever since experiencing nerve damage and sudden hearing loss in one ear several years ago. I've always received excellent service and attentive care from the audiologists and staff with hearing tests, hearing device selection and fittings. They are flexible and accommodating with appointment times. They have also been generous with the time they spent with me and listened carefully to any concerns. Even the smallest of issues with my hearing device have been dealt with quickly, professionally and resolved to my satisfaction. The office itself is a pleasant and calming environment. I'm especially impressed with how much the staff are all very conscientious about current virus protocol and safety.

Everyone is always friendly, they remember their clients personally, and they are flexible and accommodating. I’ve never had to wait past my appointment time and everything goes smoothly. My hearing aids have been programmed and refined many times and they are eager to find what works for me.

Couldn't have found a better place to address my hearing loss. Had a thorough exam, and they selected a perfect device for me. Dennis really understood my problem, and took care of it. This refers to the Petaluma office.

HEARING ASSESSMENTS

When Was Your Last Hearing Test?

With hearing loss being the third most common physical health condition in the US and the World Health Organization predicting that hearing loss will double in the next 30 years, regular hearing assessments have never been so important.

Especially when you consider that we all prioritize regular dental check-ups, regular eye tests, and regular physicals, yet rarely consider testing our hearing.

The biggest challenge is that hearing loss happens slowly and gradually making day-to-day changes unnoticeable. This results in millions of people walking around with an undiagnosed hearing loss that continues to worsen.

If you or a loved one are is experiencing any form of hearing challenges, then your first step should be to schedule a hearing assessment.
